Ingredients:
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 or 2 cans apple halves, drained
- 1 tbsp. melted chocolate, per serving, for drizzling over ice cream and apples
- 1 tbsp. dark rum, per serving
Place 3 apple halves in a small bowl. Arrange the apples to look like a 3 leaf clover. Pour approximately 1 tbsp. of rum over the apple halves. Place a large scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle of the 3 apple halves. Drizzle approximately 1 tbsp. of melted chocolate over ice cream and apples.
