Dollar Tree 101

Who says you can't coupon at a dollar store? Stacking manufacturer coupons with low prices often result in savings of 50-100%! Remember to always keep a copy of Dollar Tree’s official coupon policy with you when shopping!

Types of Coupons Accepted at Dollar Tree:

Newspaper Manufacturer Coupons: Remember these are found in the newspapers and you can buy them on Saturday Mornings at Dollar Tree! The inserts found in the paper are Smartsource, Redplum, P&G, and sometimes General mills.

Printable Manufacturer Coupons: Printable coupons can be found all over the Internet. You can find them on coupons.comredplum.comsmartsource.com, and on Facebook!

What Makes the Dollar Tree Amazeballs!

Dollar Tree can be a great place to coupon because as we all know....... everything is a dollar, and that makes finding a great deal amazing!!!!. No need to wait for a hot sale price or a BOGO deal/sale because a simple $1.00/1 coupon makes your item FREE!

Know Your Limits

Remember that Dollar Tree limits shoppers to two printable coupons per transaction. This applies to any printable coupons. So, if you have three different printable coupons, you must do two transactions in order to use them. I know, I know that sucks BUT newspaper manufacturer coupons don't carry the same limit.

Remember that Dollar Tree doesn’t allow overage (or cash back) on items purchased with coupons that exceed the value of an item so you won't be getting any moneymaker deals.  This means if you have a coupon for $2.00 off a Shout lint roller, you can use that coupon at Dollar Tree to get a free lint roller, but the cashier will not pay you the additional $1.00.

Check in!

Check in with them frequently because their in store stock merchandise changes from time to time. They never know know what they are going to get until they get a truck. Don't be afraid to ask when they get truck deliveries. They will be more than happy to tell you their truck delivery truck schedule.
