"I bought some celery, cut the bottom off, and placed it in a cup of water on my windowsill. In just ONE DAY, it has sprouted up AN INCH or so! Looks like I'll be eating FREE CELERY SOON! Who knew it grew so fast?!"
I think this is an awesome idea! I think it's time for me to try this! Don't forget to move it to dirt after a few days (2-3) in water!
