Rite Aid 3D Reward Center


  • the rite aid reward center kiosks project 3-d holographic videos and images (no glasses required) to get the attention of shoppers, while the 2d touchscreen provides access to wellness information, promotions, rewards, printed and digital coupons, and product samples.


  • the kiosks were installed in 10 stores in a pilot program last year and will now expand to 200 rite aid stores in new york and los angeles. following the implementation of kiosks at the 200 stores, a phased rollout will be scheduled for more stores.


  • supposedly, the rewards center will also be capable of recognizing the user and tailoring its display and offers accordingly. it will also collect demographics about customers for marketing research.
