Recipe of the Day: Salmon Bites

There's nowhere to go but upstream with this yummy appetizer. Just a few ingredients make a starter dish that's swimming in goodness. Perfect for any occasion, it's hard to believe fancy is so very simple.


  • 1/4 lb. smoked salmon
  • 1 cup crème Fraiche
  • Honey
  • 1 sprig dill
  • 1 baguette
  • olive oil

Slice bread into 16 thin slices, drizzle with olive oil and toast in 400 degrees oven until crispy. Spread crème onto toast points, add a small piece of smoked salmon, drizzle with honey and garnish with a sprig of dill.
