Recipe of the Day: Chocolate Balls

Article courtesy of MyDailyMoment

C is for cookie and that's good enough for anybody. What's even better about these sweet treats is that it takes just four easy ingredients to make a batch. There's no reason to spend a fortune on store-bought snacks when you can prepare your own for a whole lot less.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 1/4 oz.) box devil's food cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • Confectioners’ sugar

Methods/steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir (by hand) dry cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl until dough forms.
  2. Dust hands with confectioners' sugar and shape dough into 1-inch balls.
  3. Roll balls in confectioners' sugar and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets and bake them at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until center is just set.
  4. Remove from pans after a minute and cool on wire racks.
  5. Will be ready in 15 minutes
