Recipe of the Day: Sandra Lee’s Kiwi Kooler

Makes 2 servings
236 calories per serving


  • 1 cup guava nectar
  • 4 kiwifruits, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 container (6 ounces) nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon frozen limeade concentrate
  • Lime wedges, kiwifruit wedges, and lime peel curls, for garnish (optional)


  1. Pour nectar into a blender. Add kiwifruits, ice, yogurt, and limeade concentrate. Cover and blend on high for 40 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses. Garnish with lime wedges, kiwifruit wedges, and lime peel curls, if desired.
