Recipe of the Day: Hasselback Potatoes with Seasoned Breadcrumbs

Who doesn't love a baked potato, but when it comes to this type, it is a must eat!


  • 8 medium russet potatoes (6 to 8 ounces each)
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon snipped fresh thyme
