11 days left until Christmas and my kiddos and I are talking about what kind of cookies would Santa like? My daughter (who is 13) is helping me keep the Santa spirit alive! My 6 year old is so excited to bake cookies. I'll post all of the recipes at the end of this post. We have come down to the top 4:

These cookies would be perfect for a Holiday Cookie exchange! Bake these babies up, Put them in a nice decorative tin or box and wrap it up with a bow and start the exchange!

Can't decide between a snickerdoodle and a gingersnap? Now you don't have to! These cookies combine both cookies in one.
