Directions:
- You want to peel the 6 potatoes and boil them with a little oil in the water.
- Next you want to prepare the bacon. I bake the bacon in the oven and you can use with the entire pack of bacon of half. I use half.
- When the bacon is ready, pat excess grease off with a paper towel and then cut up in pieces and set aside.
- Once the potatoes are done, you'll want to mash them with the potato masher.
- Pour 1/2 cup of milk and keep mashing
- Add bacon
- Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix
- Add 1/4 a cup of shredded mild cheddar shredded cheese and 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese and mix.
- Salt to taste and sprinkle with pepper.
