Recipe of the Day: Cremita

Hi guys! I wanted to share with you something that my mom has been making for breakfast for years! In spanish it is called Cremita. I have no idea what to call it in English lol. I will provide the recipe and instructions below. This is a breakfast item that is well known and made on my island of Puerto Rico. Hope you guys love it!

Things you'll need:
  • Wisk
  • Big Soup Pot

Ingredients:
  • 5 Cups of milk
  • 3/4 cup of Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp of salt.
Directions:
  1. First put the milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt.
  2. Then put the cornstarch in a bowl and put some milk and stir that until is dissolve looks creamy.
  3. Once that is ready you add the rest of the ingredients and continue to stir constantly without stopping
  4. Once you see that it is getting thick, remove from the heat immediately and serve in a bowl. If you don't, it will cause it to get clumpy and the process has to be repeated from the beginning.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon

This will take a while for you some beginners to master. If you try this, take a pic and post it to my Facebook Wall!
