One to Go Book Review by Mike Pace!

Disclosure: I received this product for free by Oceanview Publishing in exchange for a full and honest review. All opinions are 100% my own.

When I first received this book, I thought that this book was a suspense thriller. I was excited to find out is was a sci-fi suspense thriller! I'm all about sci-fi thrillers. I was not immediately attracted to the cover. I believe more could be done to create a better cover. Maybe if the font were different, it would draw some more attention to it.

When I started reading the book, I immediately took to it. Tom Booker works all day in a corporate law firm. It's your typical father needs to go pick up the kid and take them somewhere before it's too late and the ex wife starts complaining that the job is more important than their child. The book pretty much starts off with Tom, his daughter, and her friends crash due to Tom drinking and texting. Tom escapes to only find himself in a surreal real and wondering what just happened. He meets Chad and Brittney. These two characters were written so well that they were my favorite! They remind me of Harley Quinn and The Joker. They are very sinister, dark, yet they can be sweet. As the book progresses you get to see what Chad and Brit's intentions really are. Tom has struggled with his own demons as you will read but he will get to redeem himself. When an author creates a character that you dislike to then loving them, then you know the author did an amazing job.

Mike Pace did an excellent job with this book. This book is all about good and evil. It will take you on a wild and thrilling ride. It kept me hooked and I was beyond fascinated with all of the events that were going on. You start to question as to who is a demon and who is an angel when they take on the human form. I highly recommend this book.
